I found this feather this summer in a forest surrounded by crop fields. My first options are Accipiter nisus or A. gentilis.

Okay, i checked ebird data for your area and both birds are possible, but from personal experience i believe accipiter nisus because they hang around in crop fields more than goshawks. The pattern and size seem to indicate that it’s from a female too.
