I found it about a month ago in an oak forest in Madrid (Spain). As you can see in the second image, the end feather is tilted upwards. I don't know if the bird has it like that or if it was bent somehow... The dark part shines blue and purple as if from a magpie. Thanks!

We are guessing that this is a tail feather...? Maybe not from a woodpecker, (maybe wrong shape?)... Was there any water (pond or lake) near to where you found it?

yes, looks like the central tail feather of a young male mallard. The tip is beginning to curl.
