I found this feather in the botanic garden of Cape Town, and I would like know who is the bird who lost this one . Thank you for your identification !

Definitely from a ploceus sp. weaver. The weavers that can be found in cape town are cape weavers and southern masked weavers. Probably the first option but i’m not sure because there are no references for the feathers of these two particular species online. According to ebird and inaturalist sightings, cape weavers are more common than southern masked weavers in that particular area that you pinned, so i’m going to guess that this is a cape weaver secondary wing feather.
