Found last year December in the Netherlands under a Peregrine Falcon nest box. Length ± 2 cm. Asked many people to help with this one but no one has an idea! Doesn't fit to pipits, larks or thrushes in my opinion?

Looks like grouse feathers to me. Perhaps female black grouse?
